We operate under a performance-based pricing model, where service fees may be based on successfully closed deals, subject to a setup fee and agreement terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a business owner or authorized decision-maker to use our services.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date business information
Respond to communications in a timely manner
Handle all booked appointments professionally
Pay any agreed-upon setup or tool costs
Inform us of closed deals for accurate billing (if applicable)
Failure to follow through on scheduled calls or communication may affect performance and our ability to deliver results.
4. Payments & Fees
While we offer a "pay per closed deal" model, a one-time setup fee is typically required to launch campaigns, automate systems, and integrate necessary tools.
Setup fees are discussed during the discovery call and must be paid in advance.
Additional software subscriptions (e.g., CRM, landing page builders) may be necessary and are billed separately.
Non-payment or chargebacks may result in service termination.**

While we use proven strategies and data-driven systems, we do not guarantee specific results. Business outcomes may vary based on niche, location, ad budget, and client responsiveness.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, and materials provided by GrowthResponseAI remain our intellectual property. You may not reuse or reproduce our content, ads, landing pages, or proprietary systems without written permission.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. GrowthResponseAI reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client who fails to comply with these terms or acts in bad faith.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or business interruptions arising from the use of our services.
